Cloud Computing

Our online accounting systems will enable you to manage your business from afar. You will be able to enter orders, invoices, payments both made and received from anywhere in the world ..... though more likely at home after you have helped put the bairns to bed.

An accounting system needs ongoing support e.g. set up, training, major product range changes, VAT reporting, how to handle bad debts, depreciation, mileage charges, bank loans and year end processing etc and so we have put forward a number of options from one time costs only through to a monthly charge for total support.

       £15.00 per month (minimum contract period of 24 months).
              includes software, installation, configuration together with the set up of your
              Chart of Accounts and a selection of your customers, suppliers and products.
              Ongoing support charged at our normal rates.
              NB.
              Training is not provided as part of this service. Should training be
              required then this can be provided at a cost of £200.00
       £25.00 per month (minimum contract period of 24 months).
              includes software, installation, configuration together with the set up of your
              Chart of Accounts and a selection of your customers, suppliers and products.
              Product support is provided with this service.
              NB.
              Training is not provided as part of this service. Should training be
              required then this can be provided at a cost of £200.00
       £480.00 One Time Cost (no minimum contract period).
              includes software, installation, configuration together with the set up of your

              Provision of two x a half day training sessions (remote access).
              Ongoing support charged at our normal rates.

       £480.00 One Time Cost plus £10.00 per month (no minimum contract period).

      All prices are exclusive of VAT at the standard rate.
Remote Access Working enables you to be more productive, mobile, flexible and helps you keep on top of your administration work. But best of all, it helps you to maintain that all important work / life balance.

       £10.00 per month (minimum contract period of 12 months).
              includes software together with its installation and configuration.
              NB.
              You will need the username and password of your router.
              You will also need a static IP address for your broadband service.
              This can be set up by your broadband provider (if Scotz.Net provide
              your broadband then a static IP address will be ussued ss standard).
       £110.00 per annum.
              as above but payable annually in advance (discount applies).
      NB.

Social network systems can help to build brand loyalty. It provides for a private club where customers can be offered special deals and kept up to date with events.

HOW DO I USE THIS PAGE?

Getting the right bundle of services for any business can be complex. Few people understand the technology well enough to know what they need to keep their business on the right track.

Click on the relevant heading in the centre panel e.g. "I need an online accounting system" and it will open automatically to reveal some explanatory text and prices. If you want to discuss any item with us, simply select the item you think most applies to you and then move on to the next heading of interest.

If you would like us to contact you then simply enter your name and e-mail address or telephone number and we will get back to you. This is not a sales led organisation so don't worry about being given the hard sell - time is the great killer for any small business, we don't believe in wasting yours or ours.


WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

If you do decide to sign up for a range of services then we will make the transfer from your existing provider, if you have one, to ourselves as uneventful as possible.

At worst, we will require a letter of authorisation from you enabling us to act on your behalf.

We will contact your current provider and arrange for the transfer of any existing web site to our servers and set them up, ready to run. If your existing provider works with us, the transfer will be seamless - it usually is.


WHAT ABOUT ALL THE TECHNICAL STUFF?

There are a number of things to do before you can use the system. You will need to change the static IP address settings for instance. This can be done by you under our guidance or we can connect remotely to your system and do it for you.

The tasks are simple enough in themselves but the timing is important. Yes, you can make the changes yourself but our preference is that we do it.

The set up process is free of charge. We can perform this task during the day or the early evening at your convenience.


WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT?

Yes, we like to be paid :-)

To minimise processing delays, we will send you an electronic invoice from our Paypal account. For monthly payments, this will cover the remaining portion of the current month together with the following month. This provides sufficient time for any paperwork to be completed e.g. Direct Debit Mandate. For annual payments, this will cover the entire year adjusted to take into account any mid month starting point. The service will commence on receipt of electronic payment e.g. debit or credit card.

As the initial invoice will be sent using our Paypal account, a 3.5% surcharge will be levied to cover the Paypal charges. We do not make a profit from this charge.

Subsequent monthly charges will be collected by Direct Debit on the 1st day of every month. Invoices for annual charges will be sent electronically one month before they are due.


WHAT IF I HAVE PAYMENT PROBLEMS?

We know the problems of running a micro or small business. We understand the need for cash flow. If you expect to have a problem meeting a payment, please let us know in good time so that we can reach an agreement and prevent a payment request from being returned.

Should a Direct Debit payment request be returned unpaid then the service will be suspended immediately. Should payment for an invoice not be received on or before the due date then the service will be suspended without notice.

Should the service be suspended as a result of late or non payment then the overdue amount, our bank charges and an administration fee of £10.00 must be paid before the service is resumed.
